Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (GMT). Orders you place with Ledrise late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Shipping and Delivery of Nichia LEDs

Upon placing your order of Nichia LEDs our customer service staff will give you the possibility  of the fine selection of your delivery of LEDs. Our online shop already offers color temperature and CRI selection. After placing your order, the fine selection can further include: center bin, MacAdam ellipse, luminous flux rank and color rank. After this process is complete the delivery time can range from a few days to 6 weeks. For fast delivery we regularly carry a stock of over 2000 variations of LEDs from Nichia, with total stock amounting in several million pieces.

Delivery costs for orders of Nichia LEDs are the same as detailed above. The total service time of your order depends of the delivery method, with the transit times of 2-8 days for Standard Delivery and 2-4 days for Priority delivery.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Ledrise order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return purchased products, based on the below conditions and details.

  • If you are a private customer you may return any item purchased from, within 45 days from the shipping date. We are happy to extend this offer to company customers for orders of maximum 500€.
  • Return delivery costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return, up to a maximum of 50€.
  • If you want to return an items please send us an e-mail at [email protected], please provide the following information: Client name, invoice number, and whether the packaging has been opened or is sealed.
  • After you receive our approval via e-mail all you need to do is pack the item and ship it to one of our return addresses: Germany (Haigerlocher Str. 42, 72379 Hechingen) or Romania (Theodor Sperantia 123, Bucharest 030933)
  • Please do not use expensive shipping methods unless it is really necessary.
  • All returns must be 100% complete and, in the case of function items, in the best possible condition, contain all original boxes and packing material, have original codes on the manufacturers boxes, contain all blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns may be returned to sender or subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds need up to 4 weeks for processing. 
 No fees for returns of products with the value of less than 500€. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns from private customers which have a value of more than 500€. No refunds after 45 days. 

Non Returnable Products

Please note the following products cannot be returned:

  • Discontinued items
  • Custom built items
  • Units in an unsuitable resale condition
  • Batteries
  • Closeout, remanufactured and refurbished products

Cancellation of orders not shipped yet 

You can get a full refund if we do not ship (dispatch) your within 7 working days from the date you made payment. Refunds need 4 weeks for processing. 

Important information

  • If there are products which we cannot deliver in time, we will send you a delivery time update via e-mail within 7 working days.
  • For a missed delivery from Germany (you refuse the parcel, are not found at the delivery address or the shipping address is wrong) you will be charged with 30€.
  • While we do our best to process and ship your orders in the shortest time possible, delays of a few days can occur. If you wish to receive your order as soon as possible please choose Express Delivery methods, as shown at the shopping cart.

Refund method and charges

We will issue your refund based on the payment method you used. In case of bank transfer or credit card refunds will not cover any transfer charges as those requested by your bank for money transactions.

Order validity

An order is not binding upon until it is accepted; must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment

Losses from delays will advise its customer of estimated shipping dates, but will, under no circumstances, be responsible for any costs and associated caused by delays in delivery.

Information about order status will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your address used to create your account. You may also see your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our Web site.
