Arctic MX-4 Thermal Paste 4g
This product is a high-performance thermal compound for the interface between an LED module and its heat sink.
Two machined surfaces pressed together still touch only at a small fraction of their area; the rest is air, which is an excellent insulator. Thermal compound fills those gaps and can easily halve the thermal resistance of the joint. On an LED that translates directly into a lower junction temperature, and therefore into higher light output and a longer life. MX-4 is carbon-based, electrically non-conductive and does not cure, so it can be reworked at any time and will not dry out or crack with thermal cycling.
