The Aventrix 4x4 V2 is a compact, highly efficient LED module for modular luminaire construction in street, tunnel and hall lighting. Its 16 Nichia 757 series LEDs on a 50 x 60 mm aluminum-core (IMS) circuit board deliver 1270 lm of neutral white 4000K light at only 7.8 W, an efficacy of 163 lm/W, with a color rendering index of 80 and binning to a 3-step MacAdam ellipse.
Modules can be connected to each other with two Wago 2060 connecting elements while keeping the same LED spacing, so larger light engines can be built from several modules, and the new arrangement of the connection poles gives more design freedom. The module is compatible with Ledil lenses of the Stradella series, has ESD protection and protection against mains transients up to 4000 V, and is made in Germany with a 5-year warranty.

Installation and Operation
- Cooling: mount the module with thermal interface material on a heat sink or the luminaire body, using the screw holes, and size the heat sink for the module power and the ambient temperature of the luminaire.
- Optics: select lenses for the required light distribution and fix them in their positions over the LEDs.
- Connection: connect the wires with the Wago 2060 board clamps, without soldering.
- LED driver: operate the module with a constant current LED driver (7.8 W per module) with short-circuit, overload and overtemperature protection; for several modules in series, the driver must cover the sum of the module voltages.
- Handling: do not touch or press the LEDs, observe standard ESD precautions and keep the module away from aggressive chemicals.
- Safety: installation must comply with all applicable electrical and safety standards and should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
