The ConextMatrix LED lighting system boasts a world-first patented connection system that allows the LED modules to be easily plugged together like puzzle pieces. The system is straightforward and playful, allowing for creative freedom without needing specialized skills or tools. The ConextMatrix modules require no cables, soldering or plugs, making it easy to install and maintain.
The modules are operated with a 24V constant voltage, and the power supply is provided by a supply module with solderless connection terminals. Each supply module can operate a maximum of 270 modules with a maximum load of 10 A. The ConextMatrix system has five different module forms that offer a range of creative possibilities to designers, including edge, corner, center, linear, and feed modules.
All ConextMatrix modules are equipped with 4 high-quality Nichia LEDs in 3-step MacAdams binning, providing uniform and homogeneous light with a colour rendering index (CRI) of over 90. The modules are also dimmable, allowing for easy adjustment of brightness levels. The corner modules have a two-sided end and are equipped with connection terminals, making them an ideal choice for creating different shapes.
Each module measures 40x40mm, with a typical power consumption of 0.89W, providing a very high luminous flux of 118lm per module. The system can accommodate up to 625 modules per square meter with a luminous flux of up to 73750lm. The ConextMatrix LED lighting system comes with a 5-year warranty and is made in Germany.
Five different module forms provide many creative possibilities:
- The edge modules have a straight edge on one side.
- The corner modules form a two-sided end and are also equipped with connection terminals.
- The centre modules can be connected to all sides and can also be connected from below.
- The linear modules have two straight edges and two connection options opposite each other.
- The feed module has three straight edges and two connection terminals for easy plug & play.
