The PowerBar V3 LED modules are compact and ultra-bright modules perfect for applications where a lot of light is needed per square meter, such as plant growth, medical, industry, commercial or architectural lighting. Measuring 28 cm in length, each PowerBar V3 module is equipped with 12 high-power Nichia 219 series LEDs that emit a powerful white light.
The Nichia 219 Series are highly reliable high-power LEDs (3.5 x 3.5 mm / 3535 size) using a ceramic substrate.
With high output, long life, and high reliability, these LEDs are ideal for outdoor lighting in harsh environments such as streetlights. In addition to a wide range of output options, the 19 Series offers various CCT options ranging from 1800K to 6500K and CRI selections from R70 (Ra≥70) to R9080 (Ra≥90, R9≥80). Additionally, various vivid discrete colors including blue and amber are suitable for spotlights and stage lighting which require both high output and vivid colors.
The PowerBar V3 LED modules are designed with improved heat management thanks to their aluminium circuit board, ensuring long-lasting performance. Additionally, an NTC resistor is incorporated into each module, allowing temperature monitoring via an external control unit. The PowerBar V3 strips consist of 12 connected segments, each with an area of 28.5 x 23.85 mm, and can be divided with a saw, allowing each segment to be used individually. On the first and last sections, a terminal is mounted for simplified connection without soldering.
To further enhance the versatility of the PowerBar V3 modules, they are designed with holes that simplify the mounting of lenses. A wide range of lenses from Ledil and Carclo, which are also available in our shop, are compatible with the PowerBar V3 LED modules, enabling a broad range of applications.
With the matching accessories of our PowerBar V3 system, it is possible to assemble a complete luminaire tailored to your needs. The PowerBar V3 LED modules are compatible with a variety of accessories such as heat sink 31631, heat conductive adhesive pad 31623, mounting clip 32381, Florentina rod lens with different beam angles 32610, 32599, 32600, 32597, 32598, 32596, 30140, shade 30141, plastic cover (not to be used on PowerBar bars with UV LEDs) 32176, and individual lenses.

Build Your Own PowerBar-4090-V3 LED Aluminium Module Order Process Explained & Technical details:
Build Your PowerBar Nichia 219 LED Module, Made in Germany.
Step 1: Order Quantity (pcs)
How many modules do you need. While there is no MOQ, we recommend at least 250 pcs of PowerBar Nichia 219 LED module.
Step 2: Nichia 219 LED CRI
The CRI is a quantitative measure of how the spectrum of an artificial light source compares to a reference standard illuminant modeled after daylight. The highest possible score is 100, indicating a perfect match to the reference illuminant. Nichia 219 can be ordered in CRI selections from R70 (Ra≥70) to R9080 (Ra≥90, R9≥80).
Step 3: LED Color temperature
Different color temperatures create different visual effects and are appropriate for different environments. Color temperature is measured in Kelvin (K) on a scale from 'warm' to 'cool': The 'warmer' the light, the lower the number of Kelvin. The 'cooler' the light, the higher the number of Kelvin. You can read more about the recommended color temperature for a project in our blog.
Not all color temperatures are available for every LED type or CRI. Datasheet will specify Nichia LED part number.
Step 4: Samples Required?
You may request to receive samples, when you order or receive the datasheet. This option has extra cost and adds to the total delivery time of your order. Details will be provided at the time we receive your request. Maximum number of samples is 5 pcs.
