Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Ledrise order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return purchased products, based on the below conditions and details.

• If you are a private customer, you may return any item purchased from LedRise, within 45 days from the shipping date. We are happy to extend this offer to company customers for orders of maximum 500€.
• Delivery costs are not refundable. 
• Delivery costs for orders sent with free or reduced, the full shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We will inform you of the amount when we receive your return requests. For the standard DHL shipping they are, usually, in the 20-50€ range.
• If you want to return an item, please e-mail us at [email protected], please provide the following information: Client name, invoice number, and whether the packaging has been opened or is sealed.
• After you receive our approval via e-mail, you have to pack the item and ship it to one of our return addresses: Germany (Haigerlocher Str. 42, 72379 Hechingen) 
• Shipping cost to return the items is supported by you. We recommend not to use expensive shipping methods unless it is really necessary. 
• For returns from outside the European Union, the shipping must be made with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Incoterm rules.
• All returns must be 100% complete and, in the case of function items, in the best possible condition, contain all original boxes and packing material, have original codes on the manufacturers boxes, contain all blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns may be returned to sender or subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
• Refunds need up to 4 weeks for processing. 
• No fees for returns of products with the value of less than €500. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns from private customers which have a value of more than €500. No refunds after 45 days. 

Non-Returnable Products 

Please note, the following products cannot be returned:

• Discontinued items
• Custom-built items
• Units in an unsuitable resale condition
• Bin Selected LEDs
• Batteries
• Close out, remanufactured and refurbished products

Cancellation of orders not shipped yet 

You can get a full refund if we do not ship (dispatch) your within 14 working days from the date you made payment, if your order contains only products that we have in stock. Refunds need 4 weeks for processing. 

If your order contains products that we do not have in stock and need to be ordered from the manufacturer, you can get a full refund if we do not ship your order within 21 working days from estimated arrival date of the out of stock products.

For sample orders with Nichia LEDs, you can get a refund if we do not ship your order within 30 working days from estimated arrival date of the sample products.

Important information

• If there are products which we cannot deliver in time, we will send you a delivery time update via e-mail within 7 working days.
• For privacy concerns, we do not provide your email address to the shipping company. To track your order, you can use the tracking info provided via email, once your order is shipped. You may subscribe on your own to email updates on the shipping company website.
• For privacy concerns, we do not automatically subscribe you to receive SMS messages from the shipping company, about the status of your parcel. You can subscribe on your own, on the shipping company website.
• For a missed delivery from Germany with DHL (you refuse the parcel, do not pick it up, are not found at the delivery address or the shipping address is wrong) you will be charged with €40 for EU delivery, €60 for outside of EU. Also, shipping costs to send the items to you must be paid again. In the case of Express shipping, the charges will be communicated via email.
• All refund requests for an order with a missed delivery maybe be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  
• While we do our best to process and ship your orders in the shortest time possible, delays of a few days can occur. If you wish to receive your order as soon as possible, please choose Express Delivery methods, as shown at the shopping cart.

Order validity

An order is not binding upon Ledrise until it is accepted; Ledrise must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment

Losses from delays

Ledrise will advise its customer of estimated shipping dates, but Ledrise will, under no circumstances, be responsible for any costs and associated caused by delays in delivery.

Information about order status

Ledrise will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your address used to create your Ledrise account. You may also see your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our Website.
