The Daisy 56 TW is a rigid tunable white LED module with 56 Nichia NFSW757G-V3 LEDs on a 55.9 cm aluminum board, arranged in 14 light groups of two warm white 2700K and two neutral white 4000K LEDs. It delivers 1190 lm at 2700K and 1250 lm at 4000K, at 7 W per channel and an efficacy of about 170 to 179 lm/W. Developed together with LEDiL for the DAISY linear lenses, it becomes a complete tunable white light engine for linear luminaires, wall washing and human-centric lighting in offices, workplaces, shops and halls.

Applications of the Daisy 56 TW LED Module
As a tunable white light engine for LEDiL DAISY optics, the Daisy 56 TW is designed for the following main applications:
- Linear lighting: Mounted end to end in a profile or luminaire body and fitted with DAISY lenses, Daisy 56 TW modules create continuous lines of tunable white light for pendant and surface-mounted luminaires in offices, workplaces, shops, halls and commercial buildings. - Cove lighting and wall washing: Used without lenses in coves, or with the wide DAISY lenses for wall washing, the module bathes ceilings and walls in soft indirect light whose color temperature can follow the mood of the room. Learn more about cove lighting with LED strips.
- Tunable white and human-centric lighting: Two channels of warm white 2700K and neutral white 4000K LEDs let you adjust the color temperature continuously between them. LEDiL DAISY Optics for a Complete Linear Luminaire
The Daisy 56 TW was developed in close cooperation with the Finnish optics manufacturer LEDiL to fit the DAISY linear lens system: each group of four LEDs sits under one lens element, and pre-drilled holes in the aluminum board hold the lens in position. The module takes two DAISY-7X1 lenses (7 lens elements each):

Installation and Operation
- Mounting: mount the module on a heat sink, aluminum profile or the metal body of the luminaire for good heat transfer; use the holes in the board to position the DAISY lens.
- LED driver: operate each color channel with a constant current driver or a 2-channel tunable white controller set to 350 mA per channel (about 20 V); never connect the module directly to a constant voltage supply. Wire the channels according to the PCB markings. Dimming and color temperature control are done by the controller.
- Handling: do not touch or press the LEDs, observe standard ESD precautions, and keep the module away from aggressive chemicals. The module is not waterproof; for humid or outdoor environments, install it in a closed, suitable luminaire housing.
- Safety: installation must comply with all applicable electrical and safety standards and should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
Why the Daisy 56 TW Outperforms Low-Cost LED Modules
Compared with low-cost LED modules, the Daisy 56 TW differs in two areas that decide how long a lighting installation performs well:
- LED quality: we use only brand-name LEDs from Nichia, the Japanese LED market leader whose researchers invented the blue and white LED technology, with full manufacturer datasheets and performance tested in the lab and in real applications. Low-cost modules often use LED chips of unknown origin, without certified data, so their quality and color vary from one purchase to the next.
