LumiFlex COB LED Strip Blue 453 nm with Continuous Colored Light
The LumiFlex COB blue LED strip delivers a perfectly uniform line of blue light (453 nm) along the entire 5 m length. This is achieved with chip-on-board (COB) technology: 576 LED chips per meter form one continuous line of light, without visible LED points, and with an ultra-wide 180° beam angle. The strip delivers 118 lm per meter at 6.68 W per meter.
The LumiFlex COB is the perfect solution for continuous, very uniform colored lines of light, even from very slim aluminum profiles, recessed or surface-mounted. Combined with our aluminum profiles, it creates minimalist luminaires for architectural color accents in residential, office and commercial buildings. Installation is simple: the self-adhesive back adheres reliably to almost all surfaces, and the strip can be cut every 62.5 mm with scissors.

Applications of the LumiFlex COB LED Strip Blue
Thanks to its continuous colored light and slim format, the LumiFlex COB blue is designed for the following main application:
- Cove lighting: In ceiling and wall coves, the continuous COB line produces smooth, indirect blue light without light points, for architectural color accents in hotels, bars, restaurants, shops, offices and homes. Installation and Operation
- Cutting: the strip can be cut with scissors every 62.5 mm, at the marked cutting points.
- Mounting: clean and degrease the surface, then fix the strip with its self-adhesive tape. For the best heat transfer, light diffusion and mechanical protection, we recommend mounting it in one of our aluminum profiles.
- Connection: use the pre-mounted 2-wire connection cable (approx. 15 cm) and connect it to a 24 V DC constant voltage LED driver; for dimming, use a suitable dimmer or controller.
- Power supply: operate the strip with a stabilized 24 V DC constant voltage LED driver that has short-circuit, overload and overtemperature protection. A full 5 m reel draws 33 W.
- Handling: avoid sharp bending and mechanical stress on the components, observe standard ESD precautions, and keep the strip away from aggressive chemicals. Store and operate it at 10% to 60% relative humidity.
- Safety: installation must comply with all applicable electrical and safety standards and should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
