The new NCSU033D high power UV LED from Nichia brings an 7% increase of the radiant flux for 365nm, at lower power consumption of 1.8W, compared to the previous version. From the 750mW of the NCSU033C now NCSU033D offers 750mW.

UVA radiation in the wavelength range of 200-400 nm of more than 10W/m²may cause inflammation of the cornea as well as a UV erythema (sunburn) of the skin.
