From where we ship orders
Orders are shipped from the central warehouse of the Lumitronix group, in Germany.
Shipping methods
We use the DHL, TNT, UPS as well as specialzed delivery services for large orders. Details as follows:
DHL Post
- Transit time 2-6 days in Europe
- Only available within the European Union
- DHL is the German Post Office
Air Mail Shipping, transit 1-3 weeks, Global

Tracking

Shipping limited to very small parcels that contain LEDs (Cree, Nichia and so on)

Maximum weight for Air Mail is 1200g and the envelope must be flat
Express TNT or UPS, transit 1-2 days (Express), 2-5 days (Economy Express)

Detailed tracking

You can choose from Express 24h to Economy Express (3-5 working days)

Usually Express is the best option for small parcels and Economy Express for larger parcels (5kg and up)

Insurance is provided at a cost
- For Express shipping option "Priority" means Parcels with the "Priority" label will be the first to be delivered in the day they arrive at the town of destination. Transit time (in days) for Express Priority and Express is the same. It does not mean: faster shipping or priority handling from us.
Specialized shipping for large orders (> 100 KG)

Sea, Truck or Air Cargo Delivery (Airport to Airport) is possible for large orders

Our logistics specialists will contact you with the best offer, according to your requirements for transit times

Minimum weight for specialized shipping is 100 KG and the envelope must be flat

Shipping cost start from 150€ for Truck Cargo Delivery and 300€ for Airport to Airport

Truck Cargo delivery is only available within the European Union
Important information: due to the complexity of international shipping all shipping costs calculated by our shop are estimative only. If we discover, before shipping your order, that the shipping cost is greater we may ask you to cover the extra cost. Especially valid for parcels sent with TNT Express and Economy Express.
Ledrise shipping policy
How many shipments?
- LedRise.eu will do its best to ship all your order at once, in one shipment.
- If we have some stock problems with a part of your order which cannot be solved in 10 working days from the date of your order, you may ask us to ship the available products first.
- We may charge any extra shipment at our usual shipping rates plus a handling fee, based on your order.
- Free shipping covers only one shipment
If you want some products we cannot ship within an aceptable time frame
- If some items in your order can delay its shipping with a time we find unacceptable, we may choose to ship your order in more than one shipment
- We may also offer to refund or replace the product we could not ship with a different one
Stock info displayed in our shop
- All availability information provided on the online shop is for reference only. Items are reserved, shipped or ordered from our stock on the "First paid, first served" basis. An exact delivery time will be provided only after payment for the order is confirmed.
Order changes
- We will do our best to accommodate any changes you want to your order for free
- We may ask for a fee of up to 25% of the order value if the changes imply to high extra costs for us
