Nichia is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of LEDs and has an excellent reputation in the area of COB modules. Nichia launched the new COB-B series, to further strengthen its top ranking position in this sector.
These series are available in standard and high luminous density, 3 standard sizes and in bright white and warm white. The unique feature is that colour temperatures up to 2400K are possible in the warm white range. Another highlight: all series are available with a color rendering index of CRI90 upon request.
All types are supplied in 3-step binning and are multi-chip LEDs.
These COB modules were specifically developed for application in spotlights, PAR lamps, downlights and high-bay lights.
The advantages of Nichia COB modules are the very long service life, very high brightness and efficiency and excellent price-performance ratio.
