The Aventrix LED module is an innovative lighting solution that features the latest LED chip technology from Nichia. The direct mountable chip technology allows for good thermal design with minimum cost, reducing the total cost of the LED fixture, especially for the cooling element, usually made from aluminum. The Aventrix LED module is designed for high performance, efficient, and reliable street or high-bay lighting with minimum cooling required.

The Nichia direct mountable chips used in the Aventrix LED module have the lowest thermal resistance on the market, the best ratio in chip size vs lumens, and consistent performance at high temperatures, making high performance possible while reducing the heat sink and case, or increasing performance without modifying these two parts.

The Aventrix LED module requires minimal cooling, and its high luminous efficiency of 140 lm/watt, along with the excellent durability of the Nichia LEDs, make the cost of ownership very low. A L70 lifetime of at least 43.800 hours or 5 years of continuous operation is guaranteed.

Installation is hassle-free, thanks to the plug & play connectors and the PCB form factor with screw holes for fixation in place. The Aventrix LED module is immediately compatible with many 50x50 mm square optics from Ledil and Carclo. The module comes in three LED configurations: 2x2 with 1945lm, 4x4, and 2x8, both with 7785lm. For many street light projects, one 7785lm module of 4x4 or 2x8 is sufficient, and the power source can consist of a single 1400mA, 48.8V constant current driver, a very common type.

The Aventrix LED module has a module with 16 Nichia E21 series LEDs, extremely high luminous flux of 7785lm, and a constant current module at 700mA and 49.6V. The IMS PCB (aluminium core) provides excellent thermal management with 0.9 K/W, while the built-in ESD and surge arrestor offer up to 4000 V protection. The module is dimmable, and the typical efficiency is up to 153lm/W, making it ideal for modular light construction. The white color temperature is 4000K with CRI70, and the module comes with a 5-year warranty, made in Germany.
