The LumiFlex-20-4080 LED strip, produced in our new Flex production line in from Germany, pushes performance limits for multi-row flexible strips to new heights. With an amazing luminous flux of up to 5800 lm per meter, the 5.6 m long LumiFlex with 980 LEDs is by far one of the brightest flexible strips on the market. The constant voltage design at 24VDC allows for easy installation with low energy consumption of 39 W per meter.
Produced in a reel-to-reel process, the 5600 x 280 mm LumiFlex-20-4080 uses high performance Seoul 3528 LEDs with a color temperature of 3000 K. The entire reel consists of 20 square modules with 49 LEDs at 280x280 mm, which can even be cut after each row of 40 mm.
Easy to install with Plug & Play design
In contrast to rigid modules, which have to be fixed with screws in large numbers depending on the nature of the luminaire, the LumiFlex-20-4080 LED modules can be glued into the body in the desired length thanks to the self-adhesive back. A further advantage over modules based on rigid boards is the cabling. Five LumiFlex-20-4080 modules can be operated over the maximum length of 5.6 meters with one power feed at 24VDC. This makes time-consuming activities such as screwing and wiring a thing of the past.
Installation can be easier than with other flexible strips also, as soldering or other connectors are also not required. Each unit of 28 cm has two sets of plug & play connectors.
