The DimTone effect makes the light warmer when dimmed and thus creates a pleasant and cosy ambience. Philips Master products are the retail version of Philips LED lamps. They are slightly more expensive and therefore have a longer service life or are slightly superior to the "Philips CorePro" consumer version in terms of technical properties (efficiency, dimmability, CRI).
