The BackMatrix49 Starter Kit offers a convenient and cost-effective way to test and evaluate the quality of our professional backlighting Nichia LED modules. The kit includes two BackMatrix49 Nichia LED modules, each measuring 28x28 cm and equipped with 49 high-quality LEDs in warm white with a color temperature of 2700K and a luminous flux of 2300 lumens. The BackMatrix49 module's wave-board design offers an affordable and optimal solution for illuminating large surfaces such as walls, luminous ceilings, or 3D elements.

Installation of the BackMatrix49 module is simple and does not require cooling. The connection terminals on each matrix allow for a permanent and easy connection without the need for soldering, and contact from module to module can be made using a single standard cable. The LEDs used in the BackMatrix module are high-performance Nichia LEDs that deliver up to 16,000 lumens per square meter with an ultra-wide illumination angle of 180°, ensuring optimal illumination with high spectrum quality and brightness.

The BackMatrix49 Starter Kit includes a connection tool that can be easily plugged onto a bit holder as a bit attachment, enabling a solderless connection. A 24 VDC power supply with at least 30W and a 5m long two-core supply cable with a core average of 0.75mm² each, which fits perfectly into the connection terminals of the BackMatrix modules, are also included.

The Nichia LEDs used for the BackMatrix module have a lifetime of at least 42,800 hours in hot working conditions, with most users experiencing a lifetime of at least 100,000 hours. The kit is ideal for sample testing and quality evaluation for backlighting projects.

The set consists of the following components:

• Two 28x28 cm BackMatrix49 Nichia LED modules, each equipped with 49 high-quality LEDs in the color temperature 2700 K and luminous flux of 2300 lumens. A solderless connection is possible with the help of the inserted connection terminals and thus offers a simple and permanent connection option. Alternatively, the connecting cable can be soldered to the prepared soldering pads.
• A connection tool, which can simply be plugged onto a bit holder as a bit attachment, enables the above-mentioned solderless connection. This is because it allows the lead to be pressed into the insulation displacement connector in the simplest way.
• A 24 VDC power supply with at least 30W
• The 5 m long two-core supply cable has a core average of 0.75 mm² each and thus fits perfectly into the connection terminals of the BackMatrix modules.

The powerful BackMatrix 49 LED module is designed for affordable, optimum illumination of large surfaces. Luminous ceilings, walls or 3D elements will have a uniform lighting in color and intensity, with high spectrum quality and very high brightness. Large light surfaces can be obtained at small cost due to the wave-board design, with optimum illumination being guaranteed by using high performance Nichia LEDs that deliver up 16.000 lumens per square meter at a ultra wide illumination angle of 180°.
